Gaia (aka Earth) is populated by a number of races that have been seeded here from various parts of the Galaxy. Most are here to grow Spiritually, to evolve. Everyone has a different life plan that interacts with and will affect many others. While formulating our life plan pre-incarnate, we decide which lessons we wish to learn, which Karma we want to clear and how we are going to bring it all to fruition. Agreements are made between Soul Family and Soul Group then with great joy we set off on our amazing journey.
This planet that we inhabit is an excellent place to learn life lessons due to the oppression and abuse that humanity has endured for eons perpetrated upon us by the Dark Forces. A soul is able to make a giant leap forward in evolution by overcoming these difficulties which often require a great deal of strength and courage. Occasionally we will plan formidable hardships and obstacles to overcome on our journey – then having taken the required Veil of Forgetfulness, we struggle mightily throughout our life.
While in the higher dimensions, we know that Love is the answer to everything, but after incarnating here we can easily forget that truth. We all have the Divine Spark within us and can access the Love of Spirit anytime, but the Veil of Forgetfulness will sometimes get in the way of that connection. It is easy to remember to choose love when our lives are going along smoothly, it is a lot more difficult when the Path is fraught with hardships.
Some aspirants choose to experience situations such as sexual abuse, domestic violence, poverty, homelessness and drug abuse. This is when it is very difficult to reach out and connect with Spirit or even remember that there is a God. It can be a lifetime of just trying to survive which can and often does, cause deep emotional and mental anguish, to develop.
The vibrations of guilt, shame, fear, anger and resentment result from numerous situations that we have chosen to experience. These energies are huge barriers to increasing the level of consciousness of a soul. The soul may blame the world for their woes because they do not understand that they chose these situations. Lack of understanding causes confusion. When one finds it within themselves to choose love just once, it is a step forward and each step forward brings understanding and a rise in consciousness.
Consciousness expansion does not always happen quickly, it is sometimes a gradual process that occurs lifetime after lifetime throughout the ages. Each lifetime, evolution takes place through the learning we attain. Facing challenges and the variety of situations that we chose pre-incarnate allows us the opportunity to use our freewill and make those choices. When we choose love our consciousness increases little by little.
One can think of it as “baby steps” life after life. Eventually the soul attains a level of consciousness that enables an easier connection to Spirit. This is when magic happens! When we connect with Spirit, our consciousness automatically increases, then it becomes easier to connect with Spirit. It’s a circle, one vibration leads to another – a natural process. So simple yet so profound!
The same can be said for not reaching out to Spirit, when we do not, our Light ( Godspark) dims, thus making that connection more difficult. At times the Light becomes so dim that it is almost impossible to reach out and that is when the soul becomes lost. Choosing love is the only way to keep that door open. Love is the most powerful force in creation.
Everything worthwhile begins and ends with Love. Love of Self must come first, the rest develops naturally. When we don’t love or value ourselves, it is impossible to like, love or recognize the value in another.
One might ask “how do we learn to love ourselves?” As with any connection to Spirit, it is so simple. Just go within, go within your own heart and find the Godspark that nestles there. We all have it. Work with it, open your heart to love, love from Spirit, love from your High Self, from your Angels and Guides for they have so very much to give! When you reach out and open that doorway, you create miracles.
The progression of steps to consciousness expansion is as follows:
- Love is the beginning, after love comes the desire for connection to Spirit which brings more love!
- Searching for answers ( being a Seeker) – learning is the result of seeking,
- Understanding, as in growth, follows learning.
- With Understanding, comes acceptance of Self & others.
- Acceptance brings purity of heart
- Consciousness expansion naturally develops with purity of heart.

So – Love is the answer to the Secret, the secret of consciousness expansion.
