What could be more wonderful than writing about the High Self? It is one of my favourite topics and very dear to my heart.
There are many who are aware of their Higher Self and have already made a connection to this great Being of Light and then there may be those who do not know that they have another part of themselves that is just waiting to communicate with them. So for those incarnated souls, here is some information that I sincerely hope you find helpful on your special journey.
When you chose to assume the mantle of human form in this lifetime, you only placed a small amount of who you really are into this human body. The greater part of your soul and consciousness is in another, higher dimension directing your path and cheering you on with gusto!
You also have a number of loving guides and other angelic Beings around you, assisting you but it is your Higher Self that is your main guide through this lifetime, other guides and angels come and go depending on what you need at a certain time in your life but your Higher Self is always there for you. How could it be anything else? That great Being is YOU.
A requirement of incarnating here was to accept the Veil of Forgetfulness – forgetting who you are and where you came from, forgetting everything connected to your life in the stars. Then the real test comes and that is to remember Spirit and who you truly are; you are a galactic Being having a human experience.
Before you took on physicality, while in the higher dimensions, you chose your Earthly life journey. Some of you chose to make the connection with the Higher Self and some did not. Those souls who did choose to come into the remembrance are usually ‘different’, they don’t always fit ‘the norm’ and struggle with Earthly ‘truths’. They often feel like something is missing from their life, they feel an unknown urging and confusion may sometimes surface.
The unknown urging is the ‘call of the Soul’, the call of your Higher Self to help you remember your galactic heritage. When and if the disciple chooses to heed the call of the Soul, their life changes – often in dramatic ways. Their energy no longer matches many around them, some of the people they thought were friends no longer resonate with them. Appetites, sleep patterns, relationships of all kinds change.
When a disciple pierces the Veil, there is usually no going back to the previous life and it takes strength and courage to continue to move forward along the chosen path.
When an aspirant makes a conscious effort to connect with the world of Spirit, those in the higher dimensions reciprocate with their loving energy and that is the magic, that is the power, the connection we make with Spirit opens a doorway to an amazing world of information, knowledge and truth.
The task then of the aspirant is to continue to solidify the connection, the more we reach out to our Higher Self, the stronger the connection becomes. It does not happen overnight, it is a process that can take weeks, months or even years depending on the dedication and determination of the incarnated soul, but it is worth it. The process is a merging of the consciousness of the Higher Self with that of the incarnated soul.
When the joining is complete, the incarnated soul has reached its Divinity – it has completed the task of unifying with the Divine Self and when that happens, it’s been said, the incarnated soul has “touched the face of God”.
