Italian police in the city of Bibbiano, near Reggio Emilia, have arrested over a dozen people including the town mayor, Andrea Carletti, for what is being reported as an elaborate child sex trafficking ring where “MK-Ultra” types of brainwashing tactics were used to brainwash children in foster care into believing that their parents had sexually abused them, when in reality they had not.

Others arrested as part of the alleged pedophile ring included politicians, doctors, social workers and psychologists.

It is being reported that the children were sexually abused and sold for very large sums of money. The children came from poor families and then reportedly placed in wealthier foster homes for profit.

The parents and families of these children are reportedly devastated, as a warehouse was uncovered by police showing toys, gifts, and letters sent by the parents to the children which were never delivered.

Yahoo News reports [1]:

The real parents of the children cannot believe the damage caused to their families and their children using lies.

Some of the children have lost hope in the future and in the world and among the victims there are adolescents who have turned to acts of self-harm and drugs. Investigators say practically all of the parents are too scared to talk and do not trust the justice system. They also hope and pray they will soon see and have their children returned to them. The children were taken from their homes under false pretenses, and then mind-control techniques were used on them to turn them against their families and apparently groom them to be sold into a pedophile network.

The Independent reports [2]:

The network initially fabricated false reports to take children away from disadvantaged families. Then they proceeded to convince the children that they had indeed been abused.

In an episode reported by Italian newspaper La Repubblica [3], a girl said she couldn’t remember why she couldn’t see her father anymore.

“But don’t you remember you said you didn’t want to see him? I remember this,” a psychologist told her.

“I didn’t say that,” the girl replied.

“Yes, you said you didn’t want to see him because you were afraid that he would hurt you…” the psychologist is quoted as insisting. “That he might seek vengeance… or take you away. Do you remember the fear you felt? Do you remember now?”

The child allegedly said she didn’t remember and that she cried because she missed her father.

To brainwash the children and deceive authorities, the network is also accused of using small electroshocks that they called the “little memory machine” while with children.

Their other methods allegedly included forging childlike drawings to add fake sexual details, falsely describing their parents’ homes as derelict, and enacting plays in which social workers playing the children’s parents disguised as monsters trying to harm them. (Source [2].)
